New London — With much of society shut down due to the threat of the coronavirus, and people urged to avoid congregating in groups in public places, families face the question of what to do to keep the kids busy.

On Wednesday, Jessica Green of New London and her four children ventured out to Greens Harbor Beach Park with Green's friend Onil Vasquez of Norwich. 

Vasquez and Green said they wanted to get the kids out of the house and get some fresh air while the kids are out of school.
