Football, family and fondue

Groton — T.J. Marshall, 12, reaches out to touch his brother Riley Marshall, 16, both of Wolcott, running the ball downfield while they play touch football with their grandfather Jim Daly of Palm Bay, Fla., second from right, their brother Justin Marshall, right, and their uncle Greg Whitmore of Epping, N.Y., not shown, on Friday at Eastern Point Beach.

For 12 years it has been family tradition the day after Thanksgiving to play football and then go back to a relative's home in Groton and eat fondue.
