Colin Britner of Hampton and Christopher Gonzalez of New London have been named the January Students of the Month at Saint Bernard School. The school selects one middle-schooler and one high-schooler who exhibit the Xaverian Brothers Sponsored Schools values of trust, humility, simplicity, zeal and compassion.

Britner, an eighth-grader, is a member of the school band and the soccer, track and tennis teams. Gonzalez, a tenth-grader, also plays soccer and is a member of the school drama club and praise choir.
