Memorial Day ceremony Monday morning in New London

New London -- A Memorial Day ceremony hosted by the New London Veterans Affairs Committee will be held Monday at 10 a.m. at Williams Park, which is at the intersection of Broad and Williams streets.

Participants are reminded to wear masks.
