Hygienic Art Park prepares for soft reopening
New London — Robert Mucciarone, owner of Mucciarone Painting and Property Maintenance, was working on reinstalling the shade sails for the season Wednesday under the cover of the amphitheater at the Hygienic Art Park.
The reinstallation and some painting on the cover by Mucciarone, in addition to volunteers cleaning up the park and doing some painting, is in preparation for the soft opening of the park on June 15. It will be available for community programing with coronavirus safety protocols.
