New London — Season passes for the Thames River Heritage Park Water Taxi are on sale, providing unlimited rides on all days.

Passes for adults are $50 and for children 12 and under, $30. Passes may be purchased online or with cash or a credit card on the water taxi. They are nontransferable. Children who board the water taxi must be accompanied by an adult.

For a limited time, Chelsea Groton Bank is donating $50 to the Thames River Heritage Park for every season pass sold.

COVID-19 protocols and procedures will be in place on the water taxi, including 6-foot social distancing and the wearing of masks.

The park relies on memberships and donations to bridge the gap between grants, sponsorships and ticket sales to keep the water taxi running and to develop programming for local students and visitors.
