East Lyme to hold mandatory voter registration Tuesday

East Lyme — The registrar's office is holding a mandatory voter registration session from noon to 2 p.m. Tuesday at the East Lyme Community Center to allow unregistered voters to vote in this year's upcoming primary Aug. 11.
