Make a Difference: Montville Social Services
WHO: Beth, a 38-year-old single mom with three children, ages 16, 10 and 6.
AGENCY: Montville Social Services.
THEIR SITUATION: Beth had been working very hard to support her children but has been out of work for the later part of the year; she has been severely affected by and suffering from the COVID-19 virus and will be unable to return to work for some time. She is in need of support for her household and would like her children to have a Christmas, though she is unable to leave the home.
WHAT TO GIVE: Monetary donations to help with bills, grocery store gift cards, food gift cards (for a treat — like Chili’s, Subway, etc.) and some Christmas gifts for children: anything Champion brand (XL), Hex Bugs, Miles Morales action figure, "Diary of a Wimpy Kid" books, Pokeman cards, Legos.
