Somers to hold Facebook Live forum Tuesday on COVID-19 vaccine
State Sen. Heather Somers, R-18th District, will host a virtual forum on Facebook Live on Tuesday at 7 p.m. that will allow the public to ask experts questions about the COVID-19 vaccine.

The Groton Republican is the chaiwoman of the Communications Subcommittee of the state’s Vaccine Advisory Task Force.
Tuesday's panelists are scheduled to include Dr. Jason Schwartz, a professor at the Yale School of Public Health and chairman of the Scientific Subcommittee of the Vaccine Advisory Task Force, Dr. Oliver Mayorga, chief of medicine at Lawrence + Memorial Hospital and Yale New Haven Health and Stephen Mansfield, the director of health for the Ledge Light Health District
