Ahead of Valentine's Day, business blooms at Waterford florist

Waterford — Employees were working to prepare bouquets Saturday to fill Valentine's Day orders at Hoelck's Florist.
Owner Michael Hoelck said the business has been prepping for the holiday for well over a month, but the busiest time has been the last three days. He and his wife, Victoria, have been working the last three days from 4 a.m. to 8 p.m. getting everything ready.
