Sunny weather brings mom and kids to the beach in East Lyme

East Lyme — Rebecca DeComa was playing with her children Dorothy, 15 months, and Henry, 3, all of East Lyme, at Hole-in-the-Wall Beach in Niantic on Wednesday.
"We're all going a little stir crazy. I try to take every opportunity I find to get out of the house these days," Rebecca said of their trip to the beach, even though the wind along the water made it colder.
Thursday is expected to be sunny again, though breezy and with highs in the low 40s, according to the Meteorological Studies and Weather Center at Western Connecticut State University.
