    Late NCDC president memorialized in Norwich

    Norwich — Jason Vincent, former president of the Norwich Community Development Corporation and former president of the Connecticut Chapter of American Planning Association, was memorialized Saturday.

    At the new Franklin Square roundabout, family members and other volunteers worked together with members of the Connecticut Chapter of American Planning Association to plant flowers and other plants in Vincent's honor.

    Vincent died in December 2020.
