'Those People' has online screening

"Those People," which was named Best Documentary Feature at the 2021 Mystic Film Festival, will have an online screening on Wednesday, Dec. 22.

The film is directed by The Day Director of Multimedia Peter Huoppi, and produced by Huoppi and Curtis Goodwin, the co-founder of the New London Talent Show.

The documentary explores how a group of young people in New London reacted to violence in their city, using arts to foster social change. They came together to establish the New London Talent Show, which has become an annual event celebrating not just talent but also community.

"Those People" will be available at 7:30 p.m. Wednesday for $4.99. The ticketed online screening is on Facebook at fb.me/e/44UKwqbMi.
