Friendship brings trio from an international tour to Stonington Borough

Stonington — Laura Labbate of Forest Hills, N.Y., and Nora O'Sullivan of Eastchester, N.Y., are visiting friend Judy Gustin of East Lyme and decided to go see the Stonington Lobster Trap Tree in the Borough.
Gustin said there wasn't much going on to do Tuesday and then remembered hearing about the tree.
The women met in 2016 on a bus tour of Northern Ireland and discovered they all live close by, so they occasionally get together for a few days.
