Friends and their dogs get a change of scenery in East Lyme
East Lyme — Friends Sara Oakes, with her dog Nashville, and Aubrey Jalbert, with her dog Copper, both of Plainville, decided to go to Rocky Neck State Park on Wednesday.
The friends drove about an hour to walk in a change of scenery.
"I think they're more excited to be here than we are," Jalbert said of the dogs.
