One way to enjoy the cold weather
Essex — On Saturday, several people took advantage of the cold weather to spend time on the ice at Sunset Pond in Essex.
A group was playing hockey and later was joined on the ice by a few ice skaters.
High temperatures are expected to remain in the low to mid-30s for the next couple of days, according to the Meteorological Studies and Weather Center at Western Connecticut State University.
