In the Galleries: 'Bon Vivants, Barflies and the New Cocktilians' in Westerly
On Sunday, June 26, the United Theatre Gallery presents “Bon Vivants, Barflies and the New Cocktailians,” featuring the paintings and the whimsical caricatures of saloon artist Jill DeGroff, who is renowned among the cocktail cognoscenti for having captured the craft cocktail era like none other.
A native Brooklynite, she now lives in Stonington with her husband, author/mixologist, Dale DeGroff, whom she credits for her amazing journey.
The gallery hosts an opening reception at 7 p.m. Sunday, June 26 in The United Gallery. The works are on view through July 22.
