Mystic Garden Club awards scholarships to Three Rivers students

Mystic Garden Club awarded two scholarships to local area students attending Three Rivers College. Caroline Stanton and Gere Johnson are both majoring in Environmental Engineering Technologies. Both students are active in the Three Rivers United Environmentalists Club.

Caroline completed Environmental Regulations, Environmental Research Project, Hazmat and other Environmental Issues training. Gere has also completed environmental issues training and is a fellowship mentor for the Alliance for Watershed Education along with helping to grow vegetables and fruits for the New London homeless community.
