    Police issue alert for missing Groton teenager

    Groton ― Police issued a silver alert Monday for a missing 15-year-old boy, who is characterized as an endangered runaway.

    According to a description from the police, Nygiel Shaw has brown hair and hazel eyes. He is 5 feet 8 inches tall and 140 pounds. A clothing description is unknown.

    Police ask anyone who locates him to contact the Groton Town Police Department at (860) 441-6712.
