Alston Phillips, 28, of Brooklyn, NY, was charged Friday with seven counts of first-degree failure to appear in court, fifth degree larceny and first-degree forgery.

Craan J. Massey, 25, of 40 E Baltic St., Norwich, was charged Saturday with two counts of second-degree failure to appear in court.

Louis Darden, 39, of 41 Tower St., Westerly, R.I., was charged May 30 in North Stonington with driving under suspension, failure to maintain proper lane and driving under the influence of alcohol and/or drugs.

Luisito De Jesus Devalle, 37, of 986 Norwich-New London Turnpike, was charged May 30 in Montville with possession of a weapon in a correctional institution and refusal to cooperate with fingerprinting.

Kevin M. Startz, 36, of 4 Lucienne Way, Ledyard, was charged May 30 in Lisbon with sale of narcotic substance and first-offense possession of controlled substance.

Rose Megan, 25, of Northborough, MA, was charged May 30 in Lisbon with fifth-degree larceny.

Derion L. Coker, 29, of Pawtucket, RI, was charged by warrant Friday in Montville with two counts of second-degree manslaughter with a motor vehicle, two counts of evading responsibility with death, driving under the influence of alcohol and/or drugs and failure to maintain proper lane.
