    Searching for the right pumpkins

    Mystic ― Families spent time searching for their pumpkins Thursday at Whittle's Willow Spring Farm.

    Michael Frey said he and his wife have been coming to the farm every year for pumpkins, a tradition that started before their children were born.

    Carolyn Ziv and her daughters spent time looking for pumpkins at the farm because she gave her girls the day off from school in observance of Rosh Hashanah. The Frey children had the day off from school because of the holiday.
