AgroSci completes huge green wall in New York City

Colchester-based AgroSci Inc. has announced the completion of a three-story outdoor green wall at the newly opened 1 Hotel Central Park in midtown Manhattan.

The green wall on the eco-hotel faces the Avenue of the Americas and is the second outdoor AgroSci installation for the chain.

AgroSci's trademarked Living Air Greenwall system is part of the "biophilia" design movement that is seeding sustainable urban environments through the introduction of greenery to improve human health and quality of life.

"Green walls act as a powerful antidote to big city hustle," said Mark Prescott, president of AgroSci, in a statement.
