Groton-Mystic girls lacrosse wins Nutmeg Games

The Groton-Mystic U14 girls’ lacrosse team won the gold medal at the state Nutmeg games this year. The team is made of eighth and ninth-grade girls from Groton, Mystic and Stonington, and they beat teams from Bristol, Avon, Trumbull, Stratford and Guilford to claim their win.
