David W. Glidden will serve as the new President and Chief Executive Officer of Liberty Bank, succeeding Chandler J. Howard who led the Bank since 2007. Howard announced his plan for retirement in May of 2018, and upon retirement will become a member of Liberty Bank’s Board of Directors.
