Ann and Glen Miller of Waterford are happy to announce the engagement of their daughter, Kimberly, to Christopher Kirkegard, son of Diane and Christopher Kirkegard of New Milford.

Kimberly is a 2007 graduate of Waterford High School and a 2011 graduate of Central Connecticut State University with a bachelor’s degree in communications with a focus in public relations. Christopher is a 2007 graduate of New Milford High School and a 2011 graduate of Central Connecticut State University with bachelor’s degrees in marketing and business management and organization.

Kimberly is employed by Mohegan Sun as the marketing communications manager and Christopher is employed by Greenwich Associates as a product manager, equities.

An August 2017 wedding is planned in Mystic.
