    A 7-hour rescue of a sailor at sea, icebreaking on the Connecticut and the latest on the Seaside property

    This week I talk to Julia Bergman about a complex 7-hour rescue at sea of a wounded submarine sailor. She also takes us up the Connecticut River on a Coast Guard cutter on an ice-breaking mission as accumulated ice on the river prompted emergency conditions in at least one town.

    Finally, Martha Shanahan gives us an update on the much-debated future of the Seaside Regional Center property in Waterford.
