Annemarie L. Boroughs, 39, of 2102 Maple Tree Lane, No. 102, was charged Sunday with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs and improper parking.

Ledyard

Michelle Mosca, 45, of 678 Colonel Ledyard Highway was charged Saturday with breach of peace.

Alexander Velazquez, 20, of Hartford, was charged Sunday with reckless driving, driving without a license, possession of marijuana, and driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs. 

State Police — Montville 

Kimberly Ann Martin, 49, of Cossaduck Hill Road, North Stonington, was charged Monday in North Stonington with disorderly conduct and third-degree assault.

Stephen R. Burdick, 35, of 25 Laurel Heights Road, Norwich, was charged March 24 in Lisbon with possession of drug paraphernalia and illegal possession of a narcotic.

Joshua Veiga, 18, of Essex, was charged March 23 in Ledyard with narcotics not kept in original container and illegal possession of a narcotic. 

Christopher Vocatura, 48, of Westerly, R.I., was charged March 22 in Preston with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs.

Gabriella Molloy, 20, of Vernon, was charged March 2 in East Lyme with possession of a weapon/dangerous instrument inside a correctional facility. 

Stonington

Kyle R. Palmer, 42, of 368 Stonington Road, Old Mystic, was charged Sunday with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs and failure to drive right.

Antonia Quinones, 51, of 27 Stanton St., Apt. 3, Pawcatuck, was charged Sunday with third-degree assault and breach of peace.
