Manuel Quiles-Rivera, 50, of New Haven was charged Tuesday with third-degree larceny, fourth-degree larceny, interfering with an officer/resisting arrest and second-degree failure to appear in court.

Ryan McGowan, 36, of 355 Route 163, Montville, was charged Sunday with disorderly conduct, second-degree stalking and second-degree harassment.

Tarrell S. Allen, 32, of 1 Crystal Lake Road, Apt. 429, was charged Sunday with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs and failure to drive in proper lane.

Cherilyn Clements, 30, of 715 Norwich Westerly Road, North Stonington, was charged Saturday with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs and failure to drive in proper lane.

Anthony R. Bonita, 39, of 84 Buddington Road, Apt. 2, was charged Jan. 20 with use of drug paraphernalia and possession of a controlled substance-first offense.

Daniel M. Dowden, 44, of 348 Willetts Ave Ext., Waterford, was charged Jan. 18 with second-degree breach of peace, second-degree intimidation based on bias or bigotry and second-degree threatening.

Alexander Rajewski, 28, of Canterbury was charged Wednesday with being a fugitive from justice, driving with a suspended license and failure to obey traffic control signal.

Stonington

Christopher J. Bodnar, 42, of 75 Fair Acres Circle, Mystic, was charged Wednesday with breach of peace.
