James O’Leary, 36, of 18 Black Point Road, Niantic, was charged Tuesday with driving without minimum insurance, driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs, failure to drive in proper lane and driving without a license.

Todd Symecko, 57, of 9 Overbrook Road, East Lyme, was charged Tuesday with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs, failure to carry operator license and failure to drive in the proper lane.

Lino P. Fernandes, 37, of 40 Central Ave., Apt. 1, was charged Tuesday with criminal violation of a protective order.

Chambreona Williams, 24, of 50 Hunters Ave., Apt. 1, was charged Tuesday with risk of injury to a minor.

Malik A. Muhammad, 36, of 61 Providence St. was charged Tuesday with driving with a suspended license.

Kenneth O. Munoz, 22, of 172 Norwich Ave., Apt. 3, was charged Tuesday with six counts of second-degree failure to appear in court and one count of first-degree failure to appear in court.

Harry E. Ruley, 56, of 53C Merchants Ave. was charged Wednesday with second-degree threatening and disorderly conduct.

Isam Bryant, 31, of 115 Colman St., New London, was charged Tuesday with violation of probation, sixth-degree larceny and interfering with an officer.
