David A. Olmeda, 35, of 129 Elm St., New London, was charged Tuesday with possession of controlled substance: narcotics, failure to keep narcotics in original container, misuse of marker plates, insufficient insurance, operating unregistered motor vehicle and operating with a suspended license.

Kyle E. Wilkins, 23, of Hamden was charged Wednesday with interfering with an officer/resisting arrest and violation of protective order.

Joshua Coope, 24, of 13 Aspen Court, Norwich, was charged Sunday with operating motor vehicle under suspension and second-degree breach of peace.

Justin M. Crawford, 48, of 10 Tower Hill Road was charged Friday with third-degree assault, disorderly conduct and third-degree criminal mischief.

Makayla A. Johnson, 19, of 5 Clark St., Apt. 211, Pawcatuck, was charged Thursday with driving with a suspended license, misuse of plates, failure to carry minimum insurance and making an improper turn.

Orlando Rojas, 36, of 70 Pine St. was charged Thursday with two counts of second-degree failure to appear in court.

Franklin Barry Post, 33, of Bozrah was charged Thursday in Griswold with possession with intent to sell a narcotic substance and possession of a controlled substance.

Abigail Rose Rabon, 26, of 34 Krug Road, Preston, was charged Wednesday in Lisbon with criminal violation of a protective order and second-degree harassment.
