    Groton City

    William M. Noonan, 33, of 1742 Route 12, Apt. 2H, Gales Ferry, was charged Sunday with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs and operating an unregistered motor vehicle.

    Joseph Acosta, 25, of 233 Benham Road, No. 2, was charged Sunday with risk of injury to a minor and disorderly conduct.

    Brandon M. Caraballo, 23, of 1 Crystal Lake Road was charged Sunday with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs.

    New London

    Jose M. Negron, 50, of 195 Williams St., Unit 2B, was charged Wednesday with breach of peace.

    Allen B. Ames, 54, of 17 Shore Drive, Waterford, was charged Tuesday with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs and failure to drive right.

    Alexsandra Brenner-Pereira, 23, of 46 Hines Ave., Unit F4, Groton, was charged Tuesday with second-degree failure to appear in court.

    Shiesha Small, 33, of 44 Connecticut Ave. was charged Tuesday with evading responsibility, failure to drive right and failure to carry insurance.

    Manuel Gouveia, 38, of Providence, was charged Tuesday with disorderly conduct, second-degree assault, second-degree threatening and interfering with an emergency call.

    Norwich

    Laura Wilimczyk, 46, of 294 Central Ave., No. 3, was charged Sunday with four counts of violation of probation and two counts of second-degree failure to appear in court.

    James Watson, 49, of 291 Prospect St. was charged June 29 with first-degree criminal trespass and interfering with police.

    Mary R. Porter, 76, of 85 Fifth St., first floor, was charged Tuesday with breach of peace.

    Jason Shephard, 24, of 212 Shaw St., New London, was charged Tuesday with third-degree assault, disorderly conduct, second-degree unlawful restraint, risk of injury to a minor and third-degree criminal mischief.

    Linda R. Brown, 59, of 57 Roosevelt Ave. was charged Tuesday with third-degree assault, disorderly conduct and two counts of interfering with police.

    Quincy Artelis, 21, of 50 Golden St. was charged Wednesday with driving with a suspended license.

    Lennox Deer, 22, of 24 Homestead Road, Ledyard, was charged Tuesday with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs and failure to drive in the proper lane.
