Victor G. Galarza Penoranda, 38, of 824 Ocean Ave. was charged Tuesday with risk of injury to a minor, threatening and disorderly conduct.

Dana Kirkwood, 58, of 55 Clover St., New London, was charged Thursday with criminal possession of a firearm, having a weapon in a motor vehicle, possession of narcotics not in the original container, misuse of plates, driving an unregistered motor vehicle and driving without minimum insuance.

Michael Miner, 36, of 13 Ring Road, Groton, was charged Thursday with driving with a suspended license and speeding.
