Man in critical condition after stabbing in Norwich
Norwich ― Police are investigating an early morning stabbing Thursday that left a 20-year-old man in critical condition.

Police, in a statement, said they responded to a 911 call at 1:34 a.m. for a report of a disturbance in the parking lot of 229 Boswell Ave. where someone yelled they were stabbed. Police arrived and found what appeared to be blood in the parking lot but no victim.
Police said the stabbing victim showed up later at Backus Hospital.
Police said there is no public safety concern at this time since the stabbing does not appear to be a random act.
