Jordan C. Matzdorff, 30, of 10 Woodworth Drive was charged Tuesday with possession of a controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia, failure to respond to an infraction, four counts of first-degree failure to appear in court and six counts of second-degree failure to appear in court.

Ledyard

Chester Matteson, 49, of Exeter, R.I., was charged Tuesday with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs.
