    Bryanna E. Britt, 28, of 32 Concord Court was charged Wednesday with first-degree failure to appear in court and four counts of second-degree failure to appear in court.

    Margaret A. White, 50, of 62 Coit Drive, New London, was charged Wednesday with three counts of second-degree failure to appear in court.

    Elijah K. Johnson, 20, of 2 Waco Court was charged Tuesday with second-degree breach of peace and third-degree assault.

    Diana M. Brown, 47, of 425 Bridge St., No. 209, was charged Tuesday with risk of injury to child.

    Kiari L. Mavis, 28, of 17 Tacoma Court was charged Tuesday with second-degree failure to appear in court.

    Tantanea D. Guess, 31, of 11 Miami Court was charged Monday with second-degree breach of peace.

    Anessa Cetoute, 19, of 32 Crabapple Lane was charged Sunday with interfering with a police officer, criminal violation of civil protection order, second-degree breach of peace, third-degree assault and second-degree reckless endangerment.

    Jean M. Raphael, 47, of 56 Chapel Hill Road, Oakdale, was charged Sunday with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs and failure to obey a traffic control signal.

    Justin E. Peters, 44, of 2 Mitchell Court, Norwich, was charged Aug. 13 with making an improper stop or using a turn signal, use of drug paraphernalia, and possession of a controlled substance.

    Jory J. Lowdog, 21, of 1 Crystal Lake Road was charged Aug. 11 with second-degree breach of peace and third-degree assault.

    Shannon M. Coram, 46, of 69 Rosemary St., No. 1, New London, was charged Aug. 11 with second-degree failure to appear in court.

    James I. Crouch, 34, of Ledyard was charged Wednesday with two counts of violation of a protective order.

    Norwich

    Luther Z. Franck, 30, of 89 Cliff St., #2 was charged Aug. 10 with two counts of possession of drug paraphernalia and one count of possession of narcotics.

    Victoria Cummins, 19, of 40 Hobart Ave., #3, was charged Wednesday with two counts of criminal violation of a protective order.

    Stonington

    Ronald G. Farias, 65, of 349 Liberty St., #221, Pawcatuck, was charged Thursday with driving with a suspended license, violation of probation and failure to renew registration.

    Jacob M. Bray, 34, of 3 Lester Avenue, Pawcatuck, was charged Wednesday with three counts of second-degree breach of peace and three counts of third-degree assault.

    Michael H. Bienvenu, 42, of 44 Norwich Ave. Lot 38, Norwich, was charged Wednesday in Lisbon with possession of a controlled substance.
