    Manuel Quiles-Rivera, 50, of New Haven, was charged Sept. 13 with fourth-degree larceny.

    Guitteau Pandol, 45, of 651 Meridian St. Extension was charged Sept. 13 with risk of injury to child and disorderly conduct.

    John S. Walker, 57, of 48 Middlefield St. was charged Sept. 12 with traveling unreasonably fast and driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs.

    Topanga M. Proctor, 21, of 9 Cottonwood Road was charged Sept. 11 with second-degree breach of peace, third-degree assault and second-degree unlawful restraint.

    Bethany L. Ballard, 33, of 8 Carroll Court was charged Sept. 11 with two counts of second-degree failure to appear in court.

    Jillian Y. Eden, 19, of 47 Maple Drive was charged Sept. 10 with driving with a blood alcohol content of .02% or higher by a person less than 21 years old, failure to drive in proper lane, possession of controlled substance, possession of alcohol by minor and second-degree forgery.

    Ronald D. Losacano, 53, of 528 Long Hill Road was charged Sept. 9 with interfering with a police officer/resisting arrest, disorderly conduct, third-degree assault, second-degree threatening and three counts of second-degree failure to appear in court.

    Zachary R. Dinger, 29, of 44 Baltic Ave., Norwich, was charged Sept. 8 with first-degree criminal trespass and three counts of second-degree failure to appear in court.

    Joshua L. Pope, 40, of 16 S. Glenwoods Road, Ledyard, was charged Sept. 8 with violation of protective order.

    Tonya R. Viens, 40, of 84 Pawcatuck Ave., Pawcatuck, was charged Sept. 8 with home invasion, second-degree criminal mischief, assault on a public safety/EMT/transit/healthcare worker, attempted assault of a public safety/ EMT/transit/healthcare worker, second-degree breach of peace, first-degree violation of conditions of release, and two counts of interfering with a police officer/resisting arrest.

    Joshua Vazquez, 27, 98 State Pier Road, No. 5, was charged Tuesday with possession of narcotics and failure to display a marker plate.

    Steven D. Parker, 36, of 19 Prentice Lane was charged Tuesday with violation of a standing criminal protective order, risk of injury to a minor, third-degree assault, disorderly conduct and second-degree unlawful restraint.

    Rachele A. Kettle, 32, of Danielson, was charged Wednesday with third-degree larceny of a motor vehicle.

    Craig T. Bruscato, 35, of 193 Boston Post Road, Waterford, was charged Wednesday with two counts of second-degree failure to appear in court.

    Ivan M. Luciano, 41, of East Hartford, was charged Wednesday with third-degree larceny of a motor vehicle.

    David Alexander, 55, of 51 Branford Manor St., Groton, was charged Tuesday with motor vehicle theft.

    Antonio Carver, 20, of Mansfield, was charged Tuesday with driving with a suspended license and driving with a missing taillight.

    Ellis Pinckney, 33, of 18 Hickory Lane, Waterford, was charged Tuesday with second-degree failure to appear in court.
