    Raymond O. Meier, Jr., 65, of 120 Cliff St., was charged Wednesday with driving with a suspended license and improper hand signaling for turns or stopping.

    Kelly A. Eloufir, 37, of Andover, Mass., was charged Friday in Preston with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs and passing in a no passing zone.

    Joshua A. Richardson, 36, of Litchfield, was charged Thursday in Norwich on a warrant for possession of a weapon in a correctional institution.

    Matthew S. Foster, 25, of 22 Rockville Road, Voluntown, was charged Thursday in Voluntown on a warrant for interfering with an officer/resisting, assault on a public safety/EMT/transit/healthcare worker and disorderly conduct.

    Joseph Lynskey, 39, of 331 Washington St., Floor 1, Norwich, was charged Wednesday in Lisbon with reckless driving and driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs.

    James Mackin, 32, of 260 Denison Hill Road, North Stonington, was charged Tuesday in Montville on a warrant for disorderly conduct and second-degree assault.

    Joseph D. Wright, 18, of 12 Texas Drive, Montville, was charged Sept. 14 in Montville with second-degree breach of peace and second-degree threatening.

    Tiana S. Colon, 25, of 127 Hempstead St., No. 705, New London, was charged Wednesday in Montville with third-degree larceny.

    Duane Crawford, 33, of 11 King Arthur Drive, Apt. 5K, Niantic, was charged Wednesday with failure to obey officer’s signal, engaging police in pursuit, reckless operation of a motor vehicle, operating with a suspended license, failure to maintain lane, and improper turn.

    Allison M. Bennett, 38, of 74 Coal Pit Hill Road, Griswold, was charged Friday in Griswold with disorderly conduct and third-degree assault.

    Jordan Harrelson, 39, of 81 Granite St., New London, was charged Saturday with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs and speeding.

    Estaling Sandy, 43, of 22 Jefferson Ave., New London, was charged Friday with third-degree larceny.

    Tracy Arsenault, 51, of 355 Broad St., New London, was charged Friday with use of drug paraphernalia, possession of controlled substance: narcotics, littering or dumping, and second-degree failure to appear in court.

    Kyle Aguiar, 35, of 44 Kenyon Road, was charged Friday with first-degree failure to appear in court.
