Christopher J. Marsh, 57, of 10 Marion Drive was charged Wednesday with second-degree failure to appear in court.

Waterford

Alex Gonzalez-Agostini, 44, of 75 Branford Ave., Groton, was charged Tuesday with interfering with a police officer, driving with an improper license or registration, driving without minimum insurance, driving an unregistered vehicle and failure to drive in the proper lane.

Jason Scott, 44, of 22 Vermont Drive, Oakdale, was charged Tuesday with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs, driving without minimum insurance and failure to drive in the proper lane.
