Adam T. Browne, 36, of 560 Shennecossett Road, Apt. B, was charged Wednesday with second-degree breach of peace and second-degree threatening.
Crystal L. King, 34, of 177 Briar Hill Road was charged Tuesday with three counts of second-degree failure to appear in court.
Joseph Silva, 47, of 177 Briar Hill Road, was charged Tuesday with operating/parking unregistered motor vehicle, improper turn/stop-no signal, failure to keep narcotics in original container, use of drug paraphernalia and second-degree failure to appear in court.
John R. Michalak, 66, of 21 Olivia Lane, Stonington, was charged Monday with second-degree breach of peace.
Samuel Moreno-Rodriguez, 29, of 193 Broad St., No. 2, New London, was charged Monday with fifth-degree larceny.
Kaiya S. Scott, 21, of Long Island City, N.Y., was charged Monday with two counts of violation of protective order.
Howard M. Haughton, 43, of 29 Ocean Ave., No. 2, New London, was charged Monday with disobeying the signal of officer, driving with improper rear/marker lamps, use of drug paraphernalia, and two counts of possession of a controlled substance.
David L. Maccracken, 53, of 345 Gold Star Highway, No. 101, was charged Sunday with disorderly conduct, violating conditions of release, third-degree assault, second-degree reckless endangerment, second-degree strangulation and first-degree unlawful restraint.
Jeffrey E. Scherp, 61, of 115 Lillibridge Ave., Voluntown, was charged Sunday with possession of a controlled substance.
Candice J. Ortiz, 57, of 115 Lillibridge Ave., Voluntown, was charged Sunday with use of drug paraphernalia and possession of a controlled substance.
Shawn M. Fecura, 39, of 69 Canterbury Road was charged May 20 with traveling unreasonably fast, making an improper stop or turn, use of drug paraphernalia and two counts of possession of a controlled substance.

Vito L. Cruz, 32, of 27 Tinker Court, New London, was charged Friday with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs-second offense, driving with suspended license, traveling too fast and failure to notify change of address on driver’s license.

Beverly A. Turner, 44, of 19 Waller Court, New London, was charged Thursday with third-degree identity theft, third-degree forgery, fifth-degree larceny and issuing a bad check.
Joseph R. Babin, 39, of 7 Ball St., Pawcatuck, was charged May 23 with third-degree assault and disorderly conduct.
Robert A. Sotocotto, 20, of 11 Center St., unit 1, New London, was charged May 8 with third-degree assault and second-degree breach of peace.
Waterford
Samuel Johnson, 26, of 8 Summer St., New London, was charged Friday with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs and failure to drive in the proper lane.
