Alicia L. Yerkes, 39, of 115 Lillibridge Ave., Voluntown, was charged Wednesday with fifth-degree larceny and two counts of second-degree failure to appear in court.

Pablo Garcia-Amaya, 34, of 26 7th St., No. 2, Norwich, was charged Wednesday with evading responsibility and driving without a license.

Jose A. Perez, 54, of 39 Pleasant St., New London, was charged Tuesday with failure to renew registration, driving with a suspended license, driving without a license and illegally using flashing/color lights.

Glen A. Northrop, 60, of 75 A St. was charged Tuesday with second-degree breach of peace, third-degree assault and third-degree strangulation/suffocation.
