Roberto Robles, 25, of 178 Ocean Ave., New London, was charged July 25 with driving without minimum insurance, driving with a suspended license, and traveling unreasonably fast.

Luis Galan, 42, of no certain address, was charged Sunday in Montville with first-degree escape.

Bryanna A. Shealey, 21, of 26 Great Plain Road, Norwich, was charged Saturday in Lisbon with two counts of evading responsibility, driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs, reckless driving and failure to drive in the proper lane.

Angelo A. Mendez Etzig, 48, of 102 Golden St., No. 2,, Norwich, was charged Saturday in Lisbon with four counts of leaving a child unattended in a public place or motor vehicle.

Robert C. Thompson, 53, of Bridgeport, was charged Saturday in Montville with interfering with police, first-degree failure to appear in court and second-degree failure to appear in court.

Christine M. Gareau, 39, of Thompson was charged Saturday in New London with interfering with police.
