    Adrienne Melone, 18, of 36 Holmes Road, Apt. 1, was charged July 18 with third-degree assault.

    Janalee Lopez, 41, of 82 Jerome Road, Apt. 225, was charged July 19 with traveling unreasonably fast, driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs and failure to drive in the proper lane.

    Howard Haughton, 44, of 29 Ocean Ave., Apt. 2, New London, was charged July 24 with speeding and driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs.

    Andre Little, 38, of 984 Norwich-New London Turnpike, Apt. 5A, was charged July 25 with possession of a controlled substance.

    Jonathan Spencer, 47, of 7 Brewer St. was charged July 26 with speeding and driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs.

    Lynn Matthewson, 58, of 1591 Norwich-New London Turnpike, Apt. 15, was charged Saturday with second-degree breach of peace and third-degree assault.

    Jahmilah Bischoff, 41, of Meriden, was charged Sunday with second-degree breach of peace and third-degree assault.

    George Oliveri, 70, of 511 Norwich-New London Turnpike, Apt. 3, was charged Tuesday with violation of a protective order.

    Kerry Arremony, 25, of 29 Golden St. was charged Sunday with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs and driving with a suspended license.

    Christain Calle, 23, of 346 Vauxhall St. was charged Tuesday with second-degree failure to appear in court.

    Christine Cordova, 34, of 325 Huntington St. was charged Tuesday with use of drug paraphernalia.

    Attilio Dibreto, 44, of 61 Columbus Ave., Niantic, was charged July 26 with failure to renew registration, reckless driving, evading responsibility, use of drug paraphernalia, possession of a controlled substance and first-degree reckless endangerment.

    Thomas Fino, 37, of 7 Griswold St. was charged Tuesday with possession of a controlled substance.

    Adam Foley, 42, of 773 Colonial Road was charged Sunday with violation of a protective order.

    Kira Gonzalez, 28, of 93 Colonial Road was charged Tuesday with second-degree breach of peace.

    Colin Shannon, 25, of 117 Stoneheights Dr., Waterford, was charged Saturday with first-degree criminal trespass and disorderly conduct.

    Jose Solia, 24, of 8 Orchard St. was charged Monday with second-degree breach of peace.

    Joseph Stefano, 44, of 16 Lincoln Road, Waterford, was charged Saturday with first-degree criminal trespass and disorderly conduct.

    Kamel Taylor, 39, of 61 Williams St., Apt, 3, Norwich, was charged Sunday with first-degree burglary, third-degree criminal trespass, disorderly conduct, interfering with an emergency call and third-degree assault.

    Walter Tineo-Rivera, 26, of 32 Ashcraft Road was charged Sunday with disorderly conduct, third-degree assault and first-degree reckless endangerment.

    Miguel Yanes, 24, of 44 Colonial Dr., Waterford, was charged Saturday with disorderly conduct and voyeurism with malice.

    Samantha A. Stonick, 44, of 287 Main St., No. 4C, was charged Wednesday with second-degree failure to appear in court.
