Jared Rozboski, 44, of 237 W. Main St., Niantic, was charged Thursday with possession of narcotics, possession of drug paraphernalia and driving with a defective windshield.

Connor F. Brantner, 28, of Enfield, was charged Friday with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs.

Alan W. Shearer, 65, of 333 Tyler Ave. was charged Friday with second-degree breach of peace.

Jose J. Roman, 41, of 1514 North Road, Groton, was charged Saturday in Preston with disorderly conduct and third-degree assault.
