Samuel Moreno-Rodriguez, 30, of 121 Huntington St., Waterford, was charged Friday with use of drug paraphernalia, possession of a controlled substance, criminal attempt of sixth-degree larceny, criminal impersonation, interfering with an officer/resisting, and four counts of second-degree failure to appear in court.

Timothy Blanchette, 36, of 8 Walnut Drive, Montville, was charged Saturday with second-degree failure to appear in court.

Kyle Horn, 33, of 302 Boston Post Road, Apt. 21, was charged Saturday with violation of a protective order.

Jorge Negron, 23, of no certain address, was charged Saturday with driving an unregistered motor vehicle, driving without insurance, driving under suspension and failure to yield right of way.
