Tesha M. Edwards, 31, of 35 Crouch St., No. 5, was charged Monday with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs, evading responsibility, failure to keep narcotics in the original container, driving without sufficient insurance and failure to maintain the proper lane.

Randall Regnere, 65, of 450 Toll Gate Road was charged Saturday with driving without minimum insurance, driving with a suspended license and traveling unreasonably fast.

Garth A. Lewis, 47, of Hartford, was charged Friday with driving with a suspended license and failure to drive in the proper lane.

Cevon Riley, 25, of 25 Huntington Place, Norwich, was charged Tuesday with first-degree criminal mischief.

Rafahel Campana, 41, of East Hartford, was charged Sunday with driving an unregistered motor vehicle, driving without minimum insurance, traveling unreasonably fast, failure to drive in the proper lane and driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs.

Kayla Walters, 21, of 14 Pheasant Run was charged Sunday with disorderly conduct, risk of injury to a minor and third-degree criminal mischief.

David Beatty, 30, of 223 Gallivan Lane, was charged Sept. 5 with interfering with a police officer and disorderly conduct.
