Caleb Chestnut, 25, of 8 Bliven St., Groton, was charged Wednesday with driving an unregistered motor vehicle, driving with improper markers, driving without insurance, failure to display license plates and possession of a controlled substance.

William Vieu, 18, of 30 Tower Ave., Groton, was charged Thursday with disorderly conduct and interfering with a police officer.
