    New London

    Tania Henderson, 38, of 59 Federal St., No. 6, was charged Monday with disorderly conduct and second-degree threatening.

    Thomas E. Marino, 36, of 325 Huntington St., was charged Thursday with use of drug paraphernalia and distributing a controlled substance to person under 18 years old.

    Jackie M. Mejia, 49, of 62 Fuller St., was charged Friday with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs and failure to comply with fingerprint requirements.

    Ivan Moracho-Mateo, 47, of 101 Truman St., was charged Thursday with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs, failure to drive in the proper lane, operating a motor vehicle without a license, and interfering with an officer/resisting.

    Zora N. Rayson, 21, of East Meadow, N.Y., was charged Wednesday with first-degree criminal trespass.

    Jose S. Rivera, 44, of 36 Cutler St., No. 1, was charged Friday with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs, failure to yield right of way and operating a motor vehicle without a license.

    Danielle Snell, 37, of 730 State Pier Road, was charged Monday with interfering with an officer/resisting and disorderly conduct.

    Ruben M. Amado Gomes, 29, of 72 Coit St., No. 2, was charged Friday with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs.

    Caitlyn M. Mayo, 39, of 120 Cliff St., was charged Friday with breach of peace.

    Bernard J. Anderson, 64, of 117 Prospect St., No. 3, Norwich, was charged Friday in Norwich with interfering with an officer/resisting.

    Michael A. Johnson, 28, of 287 Main St., No. 4A, Norwich, was charged Wednesday in Lisbon with interfering with an officer/resisting and second-degree breach of peace.

    Waterford

    Cara Marinella, 46, of North Providence, R.I., was charged Saturday with misuse of plates, driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs, failure to drive in the proper lane and operating a motor vehicle without a license.
