Carlos Orozco, 44, of Waterbury, was charged Thursday with third-degree stalking.

Juan D. Gonzalez-Martinez, 39, of 182 Central Ave., was charged Wednesday with evading responsibility, following too closely and driving without a license.
Anthony L. Kohler, 28, of 611 Norwich Ave., No. 309, was charged Wednesday with violation of conditions of release.
Edwin Ruske, 27, of 55 Denison Ave., No. 2, New London, was charged Wednesday with disorderly conduct and third-degree assault.
Anackacy Sagaille, 30, of 10D East Baltic St., was charged Friday with first-degree burglary, criminal violation of a protective order, second-degree threatening, third-degree assault and disorderly conduct.
State police ― Montville
Patricia Chumpi, 36, of New Haven, was charged Monday in Montville with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs, driving an unregistered motor vehicle, driving without insurance, and failure to drive in the proper lane.
Yakima R. Jacobs, 30, of 39H Flintlock Road, Ledyard, was charged Monday in Lisbon with first-degree criminal trespass and sixth-degree larceny.
Michael P. Sitaro, 50, of 57 Prospect St., Stonington, was charged Monday in Sprague with sixth-degree larceny and criminal impersonation.
Armand W. LeClair, 81, of 21 North A. St., Taftville, was charged Oct. 18 in Montville with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs.
