Miguel Oquendo, 40, of 86 Summit St., Norwich, was charged Oct. 29 with threatening, evading responsibility, second-degree reckless endangerment, second-degree unlawful restraint, second-degree breach of peace and third-degree assault.

William Holder, 37, of 211 Burningtree Drive, was charged Thursday with threatening, breach of peace and second-degree harassment.

Randall Bryant, 48, of 29 Ivy Court, was charged Thursday with driving with a suspended license and failure to register a motor vehicle.

Groton Town

Douglas Markie, 51, of 19 Hawthorne Drive, A136, was charged Friday with violation of a protective order, second-degree breach of peace and third-degree assault.

Jonathan Ryder, 35, of 19 Kingfisher Way, Waterford, was charged Saturday with driving under suspension, driving without ignition device, criminal impersonation, interfering with an officer and six counts of second-degree failure to appear in court.

Kevin Welsh, 38, of 2 Arrowhead Drive, Ledyard, was charged Saturday with interfering with an officer.
