State police – Montville

Clifford Barrows, 37, of 189 High St., Sprague, was charged Thursday in Lisbon with driving an unregistered motor vehicle and driving while under the influence of alcohol or drugs.

Sherry Blicker, 56, of Charlestown, R.I., was charged Thursday in Preston with driving while under the influence of alcohol or drugs.

Randy Robinson, 45, of 223 N. Main St., Apt. D, Griswold, was charged Wednesday in Norwich with second-degree breach of peace and second-degree threatening.

Chaz St. George, 35, of 54 Tift St., Jewett City, was charged Wednesday in Montville with two counts of second-degree failure to appear in court and three counts of first-degree failure to appear in court.

Victoria Barber, 26, of 257 Boswell Ave., Apt. 3, was charged Thursday in Preston with second-degree breach of peace and third-degree assault.

Norwich

Courtney Bitters, 41, of 29 Broadway, Niantic, was charged on Oct. 26 with speeding, evading and failure to maintain minimum insurance.

Waterford

Janasia Pedraza, 18, of 1 Thames River Place, Apt. 205, Norwich, was charged Friday with driving with a suspended license and speeding.

Ronald Speed, 58, of 7 Fitchville Road, Uncasville, was charged Friday with driving with a suspended license and driving while under the influence of alcohol or drugs.
